Phil de Fégely

Phil de Fégely has auctioned and sold all sorts of items, in all sorts of places – from cattle to cars, furniture to fish, horses to houses, memorabilia and much, much more. Since 1983 he has travelled widely throughout Australia and New Zealand conducting auctions and working alongside the elite US auctioneers at GM headquarters in Detroit. More recently he coached Australasian Senior and Victorian Novice Real Estate Auctioneer Champions - Phil was a state finalist at the Australasian Real Estate Auctioneers Championship twice himself.

He is a Licensed Estate Agent, CEA (REIV) and has a certificate in work place training and assessment. He understands the real estate industry having spent some ten years working with renowned Armadale based agent Marshall White and Company. Whilst continuing that association, he now conducts all Melbourne CBD auctions for international real estate giant, Knight Frank. Phil is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and has been a chapter committee member.

This vast experience has been the basis from which he has formulated his very successful Auctioneer Assist Coaching Program. This program is highly regarded both within Australia and abroad.

In 2007 he joined MGI Corporate Advisors as a Director and holder of the Real Estate License. His experience and background has enabled the company to assist their many clients with complete and independent property advice.
