Maurice Spicer

Maurice is a Director of MGI Corporate Advisors with over 15 years in Legal practice and private commercial transactions and interests.

Maurice was a partner of Kliger Partners Solicitors for over 10 years practicing in the areas of Commercial transactions and Tax matters.

Maurice then pursued private interests, including:

  • Executive Director and shareholder of Direct Cash and Direct Cash UK an ATM deployment business. Direct Cash which was started in 2000, was sold for over $30m in 2003
  • Executive Director and shareholder of Australian Computer Recyclers
  • Providing advisory services as Director and consultant to large private and ASX listed companies

Maurice joined MGI in October 2008 and brings with him his legal qualifications and a wealth of commercial experience on both sides of the transaction (i.e. as advisor and client).
