We will assist in the evaluation of the most appropriate retirement option for a member; and ensure it is tax effective both in the member’s lifetime and for their estate beneficiaries.
We also have experience in assisting clients with the formulation of an estate plan which focuses on being tax effective for estate beneficiaries and also on asset protection strategies to preserve wealth within families. We work closely with solicitors in the development and implementation of the estate plan.
